Day 18:
I am going to be honest,
I am having a hard time doing this everyday.
If I don't do it first thing in the morning,
it is this thing that haunts me all day
until I get it done.
I want to quit....
but I'm not going to,
I can make it 12 more days....
right?

Ranchero Day looks like it was a lot of fun. And as far as the shred goes...YOU CAN DO IT!!! How are you feeling after having done it so long already? Have you noticed any changes? Have a great weekend!

To shred or not to shred....that is the question. I say shred it baby! Keep being honest, but have a place to report to. :) I say, you've got to make it through the next 12 days so that it can start to become a habit. get back on the wagon. you can do it. OR, break it up with walking, jogging, swimming something. commit to 'something' each day.
